Senior Ads Wrap Up

Before we head to Boston, we’ll ship our senior ads. We’ve sent proofs to parents and made corrections this week. I have students who designed the ads email the parents. They fill out a corrections form. Then only one person deals with corrections to avoid confusion. Once corrections are complete, we’ll resend the proof until the parent approves the ad. If I haven’t heard anything from a parent, I’ll send a “last call” email to remind them. The key to senior ads is to check and recheck and consistent procedures.
